Walabyeki Herbert is a Co-Founder and Director of Operations at Pal-Yekkoo Engineering Services Ltd. He is very experienced in structural designs and construction with over 8 years of practical work with different companies.

He graduated from Uganda Technical Institute - Kyema in Masindi with a Diploma in Architecture in 2014 and later joined Ndejje University for a Degree in Civil Engineering. He has experience working with Mpigi District Local Government in Engineering Department, Johnson Group Israel Ltd as a site Supervisor, Sheng Yuan Group Ltd as a project Engineer, Rhino Investments Ltd as a project Manager until 2020 when he joined Pal-Yekkoo Engineering Services Ltd.

After working with local and international companies, Herbert acquired practical experience in structural designs, project management and scheduling, construction workflow planning and monitoring, and BOQ costing. He comes to Pal-Yekko Engineering services Ltd to develop and build a strong technical team that will support scaling of the company.
